Program description
Red Barn Collaborative LLC (“Red Barn”) offers customers the ability to follow individual farms and receive recurring SMS “harvest drop” alerts when those farms have fresh products ready for pickup. Alerts are sent on behalf of each farm you choose to follow.
How to opt in
On any farm storefront at redbarncollaborative.com, click Follow this farm, check the SMS notifications box, enter your mobile phone number, and confirm. By providing your phone number and checking that box, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Red Barn on behalf of that farm.
Message frequency
Frequency varies by farm. Most farms send between zero and a few messages per week, aligned to harvest cycles. Red Barn does not send marketing texts of its own through this program — only alerts from farms you have actively followed.
Message and data rates
Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless plan. Red Barn is not responsible for any carrier fees you incur. Check with your carrier if you are unsure.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any harvest alert text to unsubscribe from all SMS alerts across every farm you follow. You will receive one final confirmation message. You can also turn off SMS notifications in your follow settings for a specific farm at any time on the farm’s storefront page.

Supported carriers
We support all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, and MetroPCS. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Phone numbers provided for SMS opt-in are used only to send the alerts you have requested. We do not sell, rent, or share opt-in phone numbers with third parties for marketing. For more, see our Privacy Policy.
Changes
Red Barn may modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time. Material changes will be posted to this page. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
